Frequently Asked Questions
Can my health insurance cover your services?

If you have private insurance, we suggest you request a service summary of your visit at our office so that you can submit it to your insurance to be reimbursed for the services for up to 100%.
Can I pay with credit card?
We accept multiple forms of payment, making it easier for you to feel your best. You can pay for our services with cash or most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and Discover. We do not accept American Express.
Do you offer payment plans?
Payment is due at the time of service. We currently don’t offer payment plans; however, our prices are very affordable.
Are Vitamin and Natural therapies safe?
Vitamin and Natural therapies are safe and very effective for those who have nutrition deficiencies, are sensitive to medications, have a weak immune system, present with intestinal health issues, and have existing chronic health conditions. Most of our IV therapies and injection therapies contain natural vitamins, minerals and amino acids that are found in foods and supplementation. Sensitives, allergies and side effects are very rare.
Before any treatments are administered, you will undergo an examination with one of our Doctors who will evaluate if you are a good candidate for any of our natural therapies.
How long will my appointment take?
Your initial consultation visit will take about 20-30 minutes. If you are receiving an injection therapy, this appointment typically is about 10-15 minutes. Most IV treatment takes about 30-45 minutes. PRP and Aesthetic Treatments typically take 30-40 minutes. Stem Cell treatment is a minor surgery procedure and can take up to 3-4 hours.
Do you see children?
Absolutely. Our specialists are experienced in consulting with teenagers, starting at age 12. At La Clinica Natural, our goal is to guide teens towards becoming healthy adults by establishing good habits early on. We address common adolescent concerns such as hormone balance, mood fluctuations, weight management, and overall vitality. For children aged 6 and up, we offer Nutrient IV Therapy following a concise evaluation by our physician.
Can my child receive Nutrient IV therapy?
Yes, children as young as 6 years old can receive IV nutrition. We offer a series of IVs to promote healthy nutrition for children. Our office provides a brief evaluation that will be reviewed by our Physician, and they will be given the recommendations that your child needs.
Can I receive IV therapy if I am pregnant/breastfeeding?
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you can still get Vitamin IV treatment. You may not be eligible for certain IV therapy treatment. However, in your consultation with our Doctor, she will determine which may be the best treatment for you.
Do I need to get blood work before coming in for IV treatment?
No. We do not require blood work prior to receiving vitamin treatment. However, you do need to be evaluated by our doctor to determine if you are a candidate. All of our treatments were put together by our team of Doctors who regulate safe and effective doses of nutrients. Once you have been consulted by our Doctor, she may make recommendations based on your specific needs.
How long will the IV treatment last in my system?
The nutrients we administer via IV usually have a lifespan of 7-10 days. However, the effects of these vitamins may last longer. It is important to be consistent with treatments to build your levels back up. The more consistent you are with treatments, the better you will feel.

Is Stem Cell Therapy safe?
Most stem cell therapies that utilize adult stem cells are regarded as safe, primarily because the cells are harvested directly from the patient, which significantly reduces the likelihood of adverse reactions. This process, known as autologous stem cell therapy, ensures that the body recognizes the cells as its own, minimizing the chances of rejection or complications that can arise from using donor cells. Common side effects often involve temporary swelling, discomfort, or mild inflammation at the site of injection. While these regenerative and rejuvenating therapies are generally considered safe, they do carry inherent risks and can have potential complications similar to any medical procedure. This includes a minor risk of infection, which is a possibility with any invasive technique. It’s important for patients to be informed of these risks before undergoing treatment. Nevertheless, our physicians are highly qualified and certified in stem cell administration and provide all necessary prophylactic treatments and pre- and post-procedure care to minimize these adverse effects. They also offer thorough consultations to explain the procedure, expected outcomes, and any potential concerns, ensuring patients feel well-informed and comfortable throughout the process.
Is Exosome Therapy safe?
Exosome therapy is generally safe and well-tolerated, with low immunogenicity and minimal adverse effects in clinical trials. However, there are some potential risks to consider, such as reactions at the injection site. Most patients experience mild irritation and redness, while a small percentage may have swelling or bruising that lasts up to a week. Other potential side effects may include fatigue, headache, fever, and chills shortly after IV or injection administration, typically lasting less than 72 hours.
Exosomes are extracted from umbilical cord tissue through a sterile process and transformed into a solution rich in mesenchymal cells, which can be injected or administered via IV. The solution used in our practice comes from a tissue bank that conducts thorough safety testing, including clinical procedures and donor serology, to ensure it is contamination-free and it is accompanied by a certificate of analysis.
